Daniel Martineau

Daniel Martineau is Executive Chairman of Summit Trust International SA, an affiliate of the Close Brothers Group plc, a UK based merchant bank.

Mr Martineau is a founder of the Swiss Association of Trust Companies.

Mr Martineau worked in management positions for leading trust companies in Canada prior to joining Coutts & Co in Nassau. He held management positions within the Coutts Group offshore operations, most recently as Managing Director of the Swiss trust company.

A graduate of the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada, he subsequently earned his Master of Business Administration at the University of Miami. He is accredited as a member of the Trust Companies Institute in Canada, is a chartered member of the Financial Planning Institute of Canada and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
